The online insurance claims process, does not work.

original claim tuesday ,not updated after 24 hours. 22/160374

wednesday ,the call center agent logged new claim , 22/160787. but sent thru an electrcian who does not deal with Solar installations.

the agent then updated the call,, wednesday evenning . its been a week.

22/162060 new claim monday.
