I withdrew money from a virtual card but it never reflected in my Main transacting acc, it's been more than two weeks now, I've tried calling and enquiring about it but all I get is that they are still busy with the problem or theres no one in the office to help you at the moment, I've spent more than R200 worth of airtime and R200 petrol visiting the bank just to get my R1000 back. I'm not happy with your service, I need to pay school fees for my child.
