I would like  to firstly complain that please can you debit on the agreed date between us and yourselves as a debit order was scheduled for the 25th of each and every month and now you came into my debit before the actual date which now i ended up owing you my money because of your mistake. please debit now as the date has passed and I am no willing to pay double the amount next month.

My late father had a funeral policy and he died....my mom was his beneficiary and she also dies
