Hi

I transferred money to a friend of mine on the 1st of March, she uses a different bank. And she did not receive the money but on my statement it shows that i transferred it and to her statement it doesn't show. How do i get my money back?

Hello @Nature_mcdayeat,

 

Could I kindly advise that you forward your account details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "transferred funds not reflecting" so that we can be able to look into your profile and determine where the funds are currently hanging. Alternatively you may visit your nearest branch to reverse the transaction, however, reversals can only be done within 45 days.
