Was expecting ABIL to re-list on Oct 5 so that I could dump my ABL shares and offset the capital loss against my gains this tax year. Anyone know when the relisting might take place? Possibly the current tax year?

You can account for the loss as a stock reduction even if you haven't sold them - provided they were trading stock. Why 5 Oct? I think people misread their renaming sense.
