The SBK CFD trading platform is practically non-functional As usual - SBK is uncontactable... so - is anyone else experiencing this?

Phone OST and demand to speak to the IT Manager (Kate Verhagen). Pester them till they respond. If that doesn't work escalate to the office of the CEO (Ben Kruger). This is a paying service not philanthropy on their side. Imagine the brokerage they earn daily and then provide such a sub-standard service. Its unacceptable and the only way it will change is mass complaints.

IG markets platform is excellent for cfd trading, and OST for long term investment. IG platform is very stable.
