Charting requiring Java plugin

Is it just me, or is this requirement in need of an upgrade. Gone to Windows 10 recently and I cant use the charting functionality

next to the address line on the right there is few small icons. move across them slowly till you find the one that says "Some content is blocked to protect ...". click that icon.
