Check tax calculations on your dividends

I received a dividend on Saturday 18/11/2016 and, as I usually do, I checked the tax calculation. Instead of 15% I have been charged 27%. I thought OST would pick it up (as it is their error) but pointed it out to them as they had not corrected the mistake themselves. Still waiting for it to be fixed. Lets see how long it takes the Top Stockbroker of 2016 to fix the error and whether I get any sort of apology!!
