Difficulty in signing in!

I use a computer lap-top to trade my shares, not a cell phone ! Every time I put in my code I am transferred to apps. SBK please make a separate log in for those interested in that method. This is most irritating!

That is weird as I use a laptop most of the time and never transfer to apps not even once?
