I was helping my mom to open a SBK Access account on the 8th of October. While the guy at the branch was busy opening it, an error message occurred on his screen and he told us it was IT related. After various calls to various people in SBK, the problem is still not fixed and no account has been opened. Which brings me to my question. If SBK IT cannot fix a problem like this within a month, what makes anyone think Easytrader will ever function properly?
