I spent 3 days at Liberty Life making arrangements to receive payment for a matured policy, and pay out for another last December. 3 times to complete the paper work. Since then I have generally been ignored, or been asked questions they already have answers to. The final response is I must visit their offices, without any explanation why. I now live abroad and they know it. Does anyone have any knowledge on how to get a response from a fair minded Liberty official, or how to force or shame them into handing over my money,
