No stock alerts from OST today?

Anyone getting stock alerts today via email? I have not received any from OST I am getting no response from support There is no message on the Home page

haven't heard of it? how do you get stock alerts? are they any good?

I use them from my watchlists to set which price levels the stock reaches There is a link to the RH side of the screen - it looks like a bell - that is where you can set alerts

Does anyone receive alerts for stop losses? I am still not receiving all the emails when certain price levels are met OST does not seem to get it fixed
