Rand rallying to R15.06 against the greenback. Anybody want to predict how soon we'll see R14.20 again?

Read a column in Business day written by Hilary Joffe. Where she said S&P tends to be more hawkish of the 3 ratings agencies. Does this mean they tend to change their rating much quicker of the three?

Would be really hard for Fitch to justify anything opposite decision than those of the other rating agencies...They will probably just confirm what the others said, but just in slightly different words.
