Standard bank , please address the double debiting that has taken place on my trading account and which could also possibly have occurred on other clients trading accounts. On the cash balance statement ,the total MTM loss for the 12 May has been deducted, yet this morning, an similiar amount is reflected as a deduction against my cash balance. Please rectify immediately as some guys positions can possibly be closed due to an incorrect accounting entries.
