If a share has been suspended, does it ever become "unsuspended"? or is it the Company that has to do it on the Market ?

I guess it all depends why it got suspended in the first place.

Morning Vince, the share just ran out of steam and plummeted to 5c or so and was suspended by the Market, suppose because of the low value of the share. Tahnks for the reply.

A share cant be suspended by the Market. It can be suspended by the FSB (including the JSE) but not because a price is too low. Liquidity could be an issue - but I think there would have to be very serious liquidity issues before a share was suspended. There would be other reasons. Simon would surely know.

A share can be suspended for 2 main reasons. 1 the company requests it. 2 the Jse can suspend a company that breaks any of its rules.

the JSE/FSB or the board can suspend a share .. it not about liquidity, it would be because they are bust, news has leaked or they breached JSE rules ..

Unbelievable that there has been no news for CMA. The JSE are also guilty here in not following up

Same as the Sharks. Usually a couple of players suspended for breaking the rules.
