I am trying to submit the pre-approval form for car finance but it keeps reverting to the form each time I submit and does not highlight what I have not submitted or which information it is picking up as incorrect. This is very frustrating, I have applied on other sites and it was easy as pie but Standard which is my actual bank has made this extremely difficult I have wasted 30 minutes trying to submit this form to no avail. 

What's the point of having the facility available for your customers if actually does not work?
