Currently I am travelled abroad and want to send money to friend in South Africa. I have sent an email(with my banking details) requesting to change channel of OTP from SMS to Email. I have got email correspondence and even phone call from standard bank officers. They told me the change will effect within 48 hrs, but noting has changed yet. It has been about two weeks now without solution. I am very grateful for any kind of assistance.
