All Online Payments Rejected

Unable to make any online purchases using my 'blue debit mastercard', for both, domestic as well as international purchases. Keeps returning as ' bank declined transaction '.

No options available to change parameters for online purchases - checked the website & the app preferences....PLEASE HELP!!
