THIS IS JUST A SUGGESTION IF ONE CAN OPEN A NOTICE DEPOSIT ON YOUR APP THEN ONE SHOULD BE ENTITLED TO CLOSE IT AS WELL USING THE APP.WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO INTO A BRANCH/ BANK .
