Insta money voucher

Hi I tried to withdraw money using SSD. First it cost me R5 to make the voucher. I did not recieved the voucher number. In the SSD it gave the code but only the last 4 didgets so I deleted it and tried again. I'm out if airtime.how can I get my voucher number
