Hi, I have sent two emails with no response. I called the call center today, and waited for 20 minutes, no consultants were available. In the past weekend, my hospitality shares was converted to tsgo sun shares. From Monday on the app it shows no shares and no indication of what happen to the shares. I have trying to log on other website from Monday to be able see more details because the app does not provide details, and it states that I cannot log onto this session.
What is going on. Can someone provide answers.
