I have been on the phone holding for more than 30 Minutes with No help at all. Only to reverse a debit order from an Insurance Co. that I cancelled last month! Why can't we do our reversals online, App, or Internet? This really does not make sense at all. Maybe it does for someone who makes unnecessary rules and policies, without using his / her brains! You are told to go to the branch, when you get there you are asked for Proof of Residence! This is utter NONSENSE!
