I made a payment to a FNB beneficiary and also requested and paid for it to clear immediately and asked for proof of payment to be send. To my dismay 3 hours later still no payment received and cherry on the cake payment was not made to FNB account, but to First Rand Bank. Now I have been spending 2 and a half hours on the phone holding for an operator... Absolutely livid!!!!
