2 weeks ago I had done a cash deposit into my standard bank account. The receipt stated the service has been cancelled, I had immediately called the number on the ATM to report this. A reference number was given to me and I was told this will be sorted out in the next 7 working days. It has been 14 days since and still no sign of my money. This is very disappointing coming from a bank I have always banked with and trusted. Please can I have assistance in this matter as I need this money urgently.
