Good day I have been struggling for over a month to cancel my credit card. There is no outstanding balance on this card and I am u able to get though to your call center. I have go to you Durbanville branch to try and cancel however they said I need to do it telephonically. Can you please assist and there is just no answer when calling in either. I go though all the prompts but can’t seem to go further. This is rather frustrating as it has been a problem for some time now. Please advise soonest on the way forward Danielle
