Hi, a payment was made to my Standard bank Taxfree Call account on the 30th September, its now the 7th October and the payment has not reflected. I have proof of payment from the sender and tried calling Standard bank call center for assistance but all I seem to get is that I must go to Investec to investigate the matter myself. Somehow nothing can be done by my bank to trace the payment. How can I track the payment ? Is there a payment cut off for such payments coz its been more than 72 working hours now
