Hi. Will a technical expert from Standard Bank please help or call me. I purchased a new phone and then downloaded the banking app. Note I have been using the app for a number of years with no problems on my old phone. I have not changed my cell no. When I started the app it asked me to enter my cell phone number for otp setup and verification. I entered my cell number and an error message came up saying that the number I entered did not match what the bank had on its records and that I had to visit my branch. So I visited my branch, waited 40 minutes to see someone, and they then reloaded on their system my cell no. The person said to wait a few hours for the system to refresh and try again. So I tried again. Same problem. Same error message. So I cleared the app's cache and data and tried again. Same problem. So I deleted and reinstalled app. Same problem. Please can someone assist. Can't believe I waited 40 min in queue and I am still nowhere.
