I received a replacement credit card via courier as I do not reside in SA. For the last 2 days I have been trying to get my card activated to no avail. I have spent hours on the phone and spoken with at least 8 people who seem completely at a loss. I have tried the automated activation system but without OTP cannot activate and now have been locked out. Why is this impossible?
