I increased my Revolving Loan limit on the 16th of April. I was said that it took up to 48 working hours to reflect in my account. On the 18th I was contacted by a consultant where she asked for proof of residence. I sent it about an hour later and never heard anything back and still no funds in my account. I phoned Standard Bank today the 29th just to hear that the last note shows that I was asked for Proof of Residence. I really feel dissappointed in Standard Bank as I really need the funds but the help I get lately is not good.
