As I've said before, this is possible via the internet banking site, but not via the app for some bizarre reason. This is a simple change to make to the app so please just do it. Alternatively, please explain the business rationale for this to be possible on other channels, but not this one. I am a software developer, so if your team cannot do it, please just give me access to your source code and I'm pretty sure I could do it in a couple of minutes.
