Hi, I have 2 sim cards, one for my daughter and myself. My daughter's sim card stopped working for no reason. She has a sum 1 account. My sim card works intermittently. when i call my number however, the call does not go through. Connecting to the internet is sometimes. I would appreciate a response on how to fix this issue. thanks

I upgraded my account to Private Banking a couple of months ago. I have not yet seen who my Banker is. I recently performed a transaction with a a service provider who wanted to send my banker a message and when asked, I could not provide the name. 1. How do I know who my banker is? 2. How and when do I qualify for the added benefits of being a PB client? I would appreciate some help on this.
