ID and passport applications are managed through the Home Affairs website. While we assist with payment processing, you'll need to visit any of our participating branches for biometrics and collection.
Once you've initiated your application on dha.gov.za, you must subscribe before making payments to DHA. Ensure your application is complete and a reference number is generated for payment processing.
Here's how to proceed:
Log in to internet banking.
Click on Transact.
Under Pay, select My Bills.
Accept the T's and C's.
Search for DHA and subscribe before making a payment.
Process the payment.
You can find our bank branches listed on the website. We recommend checking for available dates 2-4 weeks in advance.
