I want to cancel my Sim card. I no longer need it. I have been trying to phone and my calls are never unanswered. I'm even considering changing my bank now because I feel like this bank is not trustworthy. When I took out this simcard I was told that I will be able to cancel it whenever I want to but I've been struggling and they are ignoring my messages. I'm really fed up.

You can move it to money market. You click "Transfer" then you'll see "From" then you'll select the account u want to transfer the money to. Under "From" there's "To", so you'll now select Money Market Account.

I want to reverse a voucher that I sent to someone yesterday because the person claims that he never received any SMS.
