I'm experienceing the same issue. Tried different login options. Then after the 10th time of trying to get hold of someone on the phone at STD, they say they havent heard of this issue. I've submitted a query, and I'll get feedback by 7th of October. I find this sort of behaviour totally unacceptable and if a 5-10min wait is a normal call wait time for a Prestige client, I dont want any part of it. STD, if youre listening, get your act together.
