I play powerball and plus every Tuesday and Friday without fail through internet banking. For the last four weeks I have selected either the bonus ball on power ball and or powerball plus. My winnings are never credited to my account! Of course the R2.30 fee is deducted. Why only on a Friday does this happen? Winnings for Tuesday are credited. Is there a problem with those responsible on a weekend? Surely thousands are also effected by this ineffeciency. I have complained on line via complaints, IB Support and dissapointed portals. I have not received even a courtesy of a reply or acknowledgement/reference number. We play with TRUST throughStandard Bank. Are we being naive? Furthermore I have been banking with Standard Bank for 55 years and deserve better service for my loyalty.
