i have sent a voucher to a friend yesterday 01 January 2021 and they haver gone to the ATM to collect the money apparently they pin didnt work and this morning having gone again the ATM advise that the voucher number has been used. i was not able to see the voucher on my banking up yesterday even before they attempted to collect the money yesterday. it was a thousand rand can you please help
