I took out 2 funeral policies for extended family members/dependants at the end of December 2020. My account was debited in Jan 2021. The next debit will be next week. I have as yet not received any policy documents. To get through Customer Service has been a nightmare and I have given up. Who can I contact that will be able to assist??
