Hi, the finger print reader is not working for several days of trying to get into my account, it has let me in only once. I tried taking off the screen protector, cleaning the screen and I know my finger prints on both thumbs should work on it as tested in the bank branch. What is wrong? There is no other option I can see to login with user name and I can't get to the settings, so frustrated!

Hi, there, it certainly doesn't help when you can't even get into the settings on the app because the fingerprint ID won't let you in. There is no other way to sign in or get past the finger print lock, unless I am missing something? Thanks, Iris

Tried this, got to the step to add a profile and then which country I bank in, tried to step back, no profile created. Tried again, then it asked for my card number and pin, tried that and it says that is linked already. So frustrated
