How soon will you pay out my claim?
There are two steps that must be completed before we are able to pay out a disability claim to you. Firstly, we must receive your specific claim documentation. This will be followed by an investigation because disabilities can vary greatly, the investigation will include an assessment of your disability.
Can I claim if I am unable to work for a while due to disability?
Yes, but you must be completely unable to do your job or any other suitable job based on your education, training or experience.
Does the bank take my occupation into consideration?
Yes, occupation will always be considered in the decision. Some occupations are simply too dangerous for us to cover.
