Kindly note if the payment was processed successfully, you will be required to fill in a EAP recall form and request for the funds to be reversed.
If the account the funds were sent to does not exist at the bank you paid to in error, then the funds will be reversed back into your account within 10 working days.
Should you consider reversing your funds, please note the below.
