Cash retracted at atm

Was depositing cash at Daku Spar Standard Bank ATM but while depositing on screen it was written "Money has been retracted" and the transaction was ended without any slip or money coming out

Hi my husband went to deposit cash into my standard bank account and as soon as he put the cash in some note was rejected but he could not take out all the cash, the another message appeared that said 'your cash was retracted' . Then he deposited the rest of the cash but he only got a slip for R2900, the total amount was R5700, I only got a sms for R2900 , the first dep does not show in my account, please advise, how to go about to resolve this problem
