If you have a Standard Bank transactional account, you can approve a DebiCheck mandate through the channel you prefer:

  • On the Standard Bank app
  • On your phone (dial *120*2345#),
  • By calling us on 0860 123 000
  • At the till (use your card and PIN on the retailer’s device),
  • At any of our ATMs with a DebiCheck logo (you’ll get a slip with all the DebiCheck details on approval),
  • At your nearest branch

I am not receiving SMS from Standard Bank after Telkom initiated the Debicheck.
Telkom tried a few times.
On my account it shows rejected as I did not approve it.
Reason not approved is I did not receive SMS from bank
