Yes, it is possible to renew your bank card without visiting the branch.

Here are options you can use to order a replacement or renewal card.

• You can order a card on the mobile app. Provided you are registered for self-service banking.
• Reach out to us by calling 0861 201 000.

Collecting the card would be an issue; your ID book or card is needed before being handed to you.

You can visit the home affairs website, dha.gov.za, to book an ID replacement before ordering a replacement or renewal card.

Hi,

Please advise if I'm able to renew my expired bank card, with out my ID. I have seemed to misplace it.
