Invalid card details when trying to setup banking app on new phone

It sounds more like the exact card that you forgot your ATM pin on is the one that is required by the system.

 

Please contact our digital team at 0860 123 000, options 3 and 4, to update your digital profile in order to be able to reset your password.

Hi,

I have been unable to use my banking app due to it giving me error "invalid card details entered" however the card details are correct including pin. Now the thing is I have 2 standard bank cards both active however I only use the one which I'm trying to login with (I mostly use it for online transactions) the other I hardly/never use- and don't remember the ATM pin off.
How can I get past this hurdle?
