We're disappointed to hear that.

 

We require your assistance with a charge backs form and our staff.

 

If the money were outstanding authorisation rather than card purchase, the monies will fall off the system and be reversed back into your account.

 

There will be no SMS to notify you that the monies have been reversed back into your account.

Hi . I bought a ticket on kulula but company liquidated days before the flight. Just received an email from the saying that i should ask my bank for a “ Charge Back”.
How do I go about this ?
