The best way to resolve this is to follow the below steps:

  • Login into your Internet Banking 
  • Select Transaction 
  • Then select the proof of payment
  • Select the date and print or download this proof.

I can find how to do a proof of payment (when I made the payment to someone) but I cannot see how to prove that someone debited money from my account - other than sending them my statement, which I don't want to do.

 

I recently booked two rooms at hotel using a booking site and the hotel charged me three times - once for each room and then a third time for both rooms. In other words, I've paid double. They claim that they only did the first two charges (once for each room) and are asking for proof of the double payment. I can see all three charges on my statment but I don't want to send that to them. Is the an equilivent of "proof of payment" for this type of transaction?
