I have recently went out of the country and my banking app could not log in. I got this error massage :the service is currently unavailable please try again while we investigate. I tried many times and get the same error. I deleted the app and downloaded a new updated app and I still get the same error. When I try internet banking they give me a link to scan QR code and I cannot do that either since I have no access to the app. Can you please assist me with this problem. Thank you
