To download proof of payment, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the home screen and select the account from which you made the payment.
2. Select "Transactions" from the menu at the top of the screen.
3. Click on "Load More Transactions" to see additional transactions if needed.
4. Locate and select the beneficiary payment you made from your list of transactions (it will be labeled as "IB payment to").
5. Open the proof of payment menu options on the transaction details screen.
6. Select "Send" or "Download" to save the proof of payment.
