Hello,
I have opened a bank account with Standard Bank a few weeks ago and for an unknown reason, 9 out of 10 times, the banking app is not working. I get the message "Technical error, an SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made". I am using an Iphone 14.
This is really furstrating and makes me think about moving to another bank with a more reliable banking app. Could you please let me know what needs to be done for this bug to be fixed?
