Arms race in the Pacific. Is there investment opportunities here?

China has really upped the ante. This article shows off the Navy buildup which is limitless they say; Japan is moving away from its only 'for defense' line; the USA is moving a large part of its fleet to the Pacific; joint drills with Australia; Phillipines & Vietnam doing whatever their countries can afford and even India has said it would protect its Vietnamese concessions in the South China sea. Seems to me there's certainly an arms buildup to replace the cold war going on here. Question! Is there money to be made?
